Testimonial: an apartment managed by AP&P
At her age, Myrianne wants to keep her mind free of worries about her apartment in Kortenberg. Since Immo Pelsmaekers had previously handled the rental of the apartment, she turned to the merged company, A Property & Pelsmaekers. There was an immediate good connection with Kristel, our Property Management Manager. Myrianne herself explains how the collaboration developed further and what AP&P does for her.
Returning to enjoying life with a mind free of worries
Now that I'm over 80, I want to fully enjoy life: outings with Okra, chats with my wonderful neighbors, walks with my dog, and working in the garden. For the latter, I've enlisted the help of a gardener. Just as I wanted assistance for the management of my apartment. Since I knew Immo Pelsmaekers from the rental before, I turned to AP&P. Even though they have merged and moved, the familiar face of Gerda is still there. They welcomed me warmly (just like before) and provided excellent guidance. After managing all the apartment's administration myself for years, Kristel has now taken over everything. My mind is free of worries. Of course, this comes with costs, but it is more than worth it. I feel good about it.

Excellent guidance and very helpful
From the beginning, I had an excellent connection with Kristel, and I found that very important. She explained everything to me very well and thoroughly. Just before the new rental, I had the apartment completely renovated and refreshed. Kristel even helped me choose the colors to ensure everything was up to date with the latest trends. She sees many houses and knows what people want. Since I don't know the average asking price, Kristel and I determined the price together. She knows all about it, and I have complete confidence in her. She also conducted the viewings. When there were several candidates, I asked her to advise me on the choice of tenant. She knows better than I do what to look for. She knows her job well and is extremely helpful. If I ask for something, she does it. If something is wrong in the apartment, she takes care of it quickly.
Too complex legislation
Laws are changing so rapidly. It has become immensely complex, and at AP&P, they are familiar with these changes. I used to handle everything myself with the help of the syndic. Due to my age, but also because I prefer doing other things, entrusting the management of the apartment is a good solution. I don't want to burden my daughter and her husband because I know how much time it requires. I am very convinced by AP&P's approach. At the same time, I am straightforward: if there were any issues, I would discuss them directly with Kristel. So far, I can only speak positively about what they have done!
